Lee Donghee Practical Taekwondo is the official channel of the first adult-specialized Taekwondo dojang in Korea. We teach not only Taekwondo kicks, poomsae, and sparring, but also practical martial arts techniques, self-defense, and physical conditioning. Beyond techniques, we share the philosophy, discipline, and teaching methods of martial arts, delivering the true path of a martial artist.
